MY COMMITTMENT
One thing that all Florida attorneys have in common is that they all take an oath to support the Constitution of the United States.
What sets me apart is that not only did I take this oath to support the Constitution, but years ago as I enlisted in the United States Air Force I swore to defend the Constitution of the United States against all enemies, foreign and domestic.
As a judicial candidate, my commitment to the U.S. Constitution is unwavering and fundamental to my approach to the law. The Constitution serves as the bedrock of our legal system, embodying the principles of justice, equality, and individual rights that are essential to a free and democratic society.
Above all, I understand that as a judge, my duty is to uphold the rule of law and administer justice impartially, without fear or favor. I will approach each case with an open mind, carefully considering the arguments and evidence presented before rendering a fair and reasoned decision consistent with the principles of the Constitution.
